At 2,228 meters high, it’s Australias highest mountain, and we made it to the top! There was a bit of coaching & bribes to get the kids to the top but they did amazing! A few doubts creeped in but

Snowgums Boardwalk – Charlottes Pass – Snowy Mountains – NSW
A short drive from Jindabyne is Charlottes Pass, in Kosciusko National Park, a easy lookout walk where you can view Mt Kosciusko. It was a great view of where we were going the next day, the Kosciusko Summit. #charlottespass #snowygumsboardwalk

Mt Ainslie Lookout -ACT
We found this lookout gave the best view of Canberra. It’s popular at sunset and easy to drive to the top of the mountain. It was cold at the top, the kids could only manage a mini dab pose 🤣

Royal Australian Mint – ACT
We visited the mint where our Australian coins are made. A free tour explains the history of money from the first fleet, all the way through to making our very own 2022 dollar coin to keep. Well worth a visit!

National Dinosaur Museum- ACT

Questacon- Canberra- ACT
What a fun place to visit! It’s a huge science Centre that is hands on. We spent a good 4 hours here playing with all the exhibits. From space to earth to robots there was lots to learn. We also

We visited the War Memorial for a walk through, the kids enjoyed the model scenes and seeing how big some of the weapons are. Some of the displays are confronting but it was a good lesson in the realities of

Parkes Radio Telescope – NSW
What a great facility, we really enjoyed our stop at Parkes. The info Centre is free and has great information on how the telescope works, there’s a movie session that explains more about space (was running for free the day

Dubbo Zoo – NSW
We spent a great 2 days at the Dubbo Zoo, it took us that long to get around to all the attractions! There are a few ways to get around the zoo, by car, bike or hire a golf buggy.
