Hughenden was a great little town, we visited the last stop on the dinosaur trail here. It was great to check off that last ticket! The Hughenden Museum wasn’t air conditioned but along with great dinosaur fossils and information, it had a great display on the local Porcupine Gorge, a kids play area and displays on shearing history.
The local library was a fun place to hangout during the heat of the day with books and toys to play with.
A great playground in town is where we parked up for the day. We also checked out the FJ Holden Cafe, a well priced lunch in a really interesting diner style cafe, they had heaps of music and car memorabilia.
