Rainbow Beach, we stayed at Big4 Rainbow Beach Holiday Park (Breeze) on the sand with views over to Tin Can Bay. The sunsets here were AMAZING! Every day was stunning! The park had a playground and kiosk for ice-creams.
We headed up to the Carlo Sandblow, it looks like an alien planet up there, you have views over the ocean and back towards the hinterland, we spent ages playing up there!
Bring your sandfly protection for the camp, we found a thick cream repellent like Vanilla Mozi or Good Riddance for babies worked on the kids, they couldn’t bite through it. Inside the van we were fine, didn’t get us in there.
