We stayed at Big4 Tweed Billabong, this park has great play facilities for under 5s! 2 outdoor playgrounds, a indoor play room, small jumping pillow, room to ride bikes. For the big kids there’s water slides and a water trampoline. This park has to have the best camp kitchen in Australia, so nice and an eating area over the water, amazing. Heads up you are under the airport flightpath, so expect some noise from that, but it doesnt go all night. You are close enough to the Gold Coast to visit all the sights there as well.
